WalMart Pecos, Texas Complaint

I took my truck to Walmart for a routine oil after less than a week all of the oil had drained, so I looked at the dash indicator and it said low oil pressure so I turned the truck off then I tried to turned it back on and it made a scratching noise so I turned it off again and called road side assistance. When they showed up as they were hooking up the truck the tow driver informed me that there was a lot of oil spillage at the bottom and looks like whoever done the oil change didn't install the filter or plugs correctly which could be the reason for the engine failure. When I brung it to the mechanic he said that the engine was locked up and would need a new or rebuilt one. So, when Walmart's claim center sent me a notice I thought everything would be handled, but it ultimately never was. I've contacted a Mr. Rudy Manjarrez from Walmart's claim center several times and got no reply. I've stated that all I want is for my truck to be fixed that was broke by what I now believe to be untrained technicians. I WANT MY TRUCK BACK
